Shi Gakko Shuudan Training Times and Venues Beginners or those already experienced in Martial Arts are made welcome. Classes are kept informal but with traditions of etiquette and the essence of Martial Arts retained. There is no need to book in advance, just turn up. Wear loose fitting clothing, jogging bottoms and t shirt will do. No need to worry about your personal fitness level. You will be allowed to train within your own limits. Fitness will improve over a period of time. Classes are friendly and students help each other, so please don't waste an opportunity of making new friends and doing something worthwhile.  Information regarding age groups of clubs is given below, however this acts as a guideline only. Guidence should be sought if in doubt.
